Here’s what you’ll need:

🍌 2 bananas, cut & frozen

🌾 ¼ cup rolled oats, toasted

🍐 1 ripe pear, cored

🌰 2 Medjool dates, pitted

🌿 ½ tsp pure vanilla extract

🧁 Dash of cinnamon (+ more for topping)

🥛 ¼ cup unflavored plant milk, more as needed

🍫 2 Tbsp cacao nibs

Instructions:Freeze the bananas on a parchment-lined baking sheet for at least 2 hours.Toast the oats in a dry skillet over medium-high heat until golden, 2–3 minutes.In a food processor or high-speed blender, combine frozen bananas, pear, dates, vanilla, and cinnamon.
