This thick and delicious shake is an excellent source of protein! Approximately 35 grams per serving!

Makes (2) 16 oz shakes

INGREDIENTS

2 ripe FROZEN Bananas

2 tablespoons chia seeds

2 tablespoons flax seeds

2 tablespoons hemp seeds

(OR 1/4 cup plus 2 tablespoons triple omega seed mix)

1/2 cup old fashioned oats

1/4 cup single ingredient peanut butter

3 tablespoons raw cacao powder

3 cups unsweetened soy or almond milk

3 pitted dates or 1 tablespoon maple syrup

INSTRUCTIONS

  1. Add all ingredients to a blender and blend. Taste and adjust as needed
  2. Serve immediately
